I explore emotion and memory through bold color and textured abstraction. I don't remember the first time I picked up a paintbrush and I can't recall the first time I referred to myself as an artist. Calling myself an artist has been a part of me for as long as I've been alive. For me, being an artist is just plain being. I've been asked numerous times how I would classify my style.
